- We’ll contact you within 24 hours by phone or email.
- We’ll discuss any additional information we need to understand about your video, and meet you in person to provide you with consultation if necessary.
- After we have all the information we need, we’ll give you a quote on how much we’d charge for your individual video.
- Once we agree on terms, we’ll set a schedule to shoot, and provide you a timeline for the project.
- After shooting your video, we’ll run through all our assets and get right to editing your video.
- We’ll deliver the first finished copy of your video, within 2 weeks of the shoot date.
- We NEED your feedback for the video we send you. If you’re unhappy with any aspect or if you’d like any changes, we don’t charge for extra edits. (within the reasonable scope of the original quoted project) At this point we’re just aligning your vision of the video with our vision, and we want to make sure you get exactly what you need.
- Once any additional edits have been completed, we’ll deliver the video file to you so you have a copy on your computer’s hard drive, and if you’d like, will upload to YouTube, Vimeo, Wistia, or any other video hosting site of your choosing. If you’d rather us host it on our own channel and provide you a link or embed code, we’d be happy to take care of that as well.
